OFFER 01
Mornings that start from a plan already shaped around your constraints
A configured sequencing step that a dispatcher reviews and adjusts, rather than one built to be followed blindly.
All servicesWHAT IT IS
A starting sequence your dispatchers do not have to build from scratch
The aim is a daily delivery sequence generated from order data that already respects vehicle capacity, agreed delivery windows, driver hours and known access restrictions. Dispatchers keep the final say, but they start from something workable instead of a blank board.
THE PROBLEM
When sequencing takes longer than it should
For operators running a handful to a few dozen vehicles, building each day's sequence by hand becomes a large part of a dispatcher's morning, especially as order volume grows. Manual planning is not being done badly; it simply uses time that could go to exceptions and late changes.
THE SETUP
Configuration built around your fleet's actual limits
We configure a planning step from your order data and the limits specific to your fleet: what each vehicle can carry, which time windows are already agreed, how many hours a driver has left, and where narrow-street access rules out certain roads.
The result is a sequence a dispatcher can accept as it stands or adjust, with the adjustment taking less time than building the sequence from nothing.
THE PROCESS
How the work is planned
The work is planned over about five weeks, and the schedule is confirmed in the written proposal. We read your existing order data and current planning routine, then configure the sequencing step against the constraints you state. Dispatcher training follows, covering how to read, adjust and override a suggested sequence. We stay in contact through the first month of use and close with a short review of what changed.
THE FEE
From ¥29,500
Indicative scope: about five weeks. The fee covers configuration of the sequencing step, dispatcher training and a review after one month of use, written with fleets of roughly 5 to 40 vehicles in mind. The final fee and tax treatment are stated in the written proposal after we have seen the scope.
- Configuration against your specific constraints
- Dispatcher training sessions
- One-month review with written findings
HOW PROGRESS IS LOOKED AT
Against your own routes
Progress is looked at on your routes and not against a generic benchmark: distance and time for the sequenced routes are compared with earlier manual plans for equivalent days. No result is promised in advance; the size of any difference depends on how varied your delivery area already is.
LIMITS
What this service does not do
It does not replace the dispatcher, supply vehicles or telematics hardware, or take over responsibility for compliance with rules on driver hours and loads, which stay with the carrier. Before configuration starts we check that the service suits your operation, and if it does not, we say so instead of continuing.
NEXT STEPS
Getting started
A short message about your fleet size and how you plan today is enough to begin. From there we can outline a proposed timeline before anything is scheduled.
