Arrival windows shaped by your own delivery history
Estimation built from the journey times on your own routes, not from a generic mapping average.
All servicesWHAT IT IS
Delivery windows customers can rely on more often
This service produces arrival-window estimates for customers from your fleet's recorded journey times on similar routes and conditions, instead of a general mapping estimate that tends to understate urban delays.
THE PROBLEM
When estimated windows do not match the road
Generic estimates are built for average conditions and often understate the time needed in dense areas or at predictable congestion hours. For many operators the visible sign is a steady stream of customers asking where the driver is.
THE SETUP
Estimation grounded in your own journey records
We analyse the journey times from your past deliveries and configure an estimation step that reflects what your drivers meet: by area, by time of day and by route type.
Each window is shown with a stated reliability, so a dispatcher can tell when it is worth widening a window before it is passed on to a customer.
THE PROCESS
How the work is planned
The work is planned over about four weeks, and the schedule is confirmed in the written proposal. We start by analysing your journey history, then configure the windows and connect them to one customer notification channel of your choice. After the first month of use we provide an accuracy report so you can see how the windows compared with actual delivery times.
THE FEE
From ¥25,000
Indicative scope: about four weeks. The fee covers the analysis, the window configuration and the connection to one notification channel, and suits teams that field many arrival-time enquiries. The final fee and tax treatment are stated in the written proposal.
- Journey-time analysis from your records
- Window configuration by area and time of day
- Connection to one notification channel
- Accuracy report after month one
HOW ACCURACY IS LOOKED AT
Windows against actual delivery times
The accuracy report compares estimated windows with the delivery times recorded over the first month, broken down by area or route type where that helps. It shows where the estimates did well and where they need adjusting. No level of accuracy is promised in advance.
LIMITS
What this service does not do
A window is an estimate and not a delivery commitment made by us to your customers; the commitment remains yours. If your records hold too little history to build a meaningful estimate, we say so before the work starts instead of proceeding regardless.
NEXT STEPS
Getting started
Send a short note on how customers are notified today and roughly how much journey history you have on record. We can tell you from that whether this is a sensible place to start.
