SERVICES OVERVIEW

Three services, each addressing a distinct part of the operation

Route optimisation setup, delivery time estimation and fleet utilisation review can be taken separately or together, depending on what your operation needs.

NODE 01 - INTRODUCTION

Which service suits which situation

Some operators need help with daily sequencing, others mainly want more reliable delivery windows for customers, and some want an outside look at how the fleet is used before deciding anything. The three services are scoped separately so you can start with whichever answers the most pressing question.

NODE 03 - HOW TO CHOOSE

Matching a service to your situation

If dispatchers spend a large part of each morning sequencing by hand, route optimisation setup is the usual starting point.

If customers often ask when a delivery will arrive, delivery time estimation speaks to that directly.

If you are unsure where the biggest gap is, the fleet utilisation review is the lightest way to find out first.

NODE 05 - SHARED ELEMENTS

What every service includes

Each engagement has one named contact for the work, a written summary of findings or configuration decisions, and a stated scope with an end date instead of an open-ended arrangement.

NODE 06 - FEES

What the figures mean

The fees are starting prices in Japanese yen for the scoped configuration or review work. Whether consumption tax is shown separately, the payment timing and the cancellation terms are agreed in the written proposal. The prices do not include any ongoing software licence. They are guide prices for planning a budget and are not a quotation.

The seller notice with the full list of items is on the page under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

NODE 07 - QUESTIONS

A few common questions

Can we start with the fleet utilisation review?

Yes. The review stands alone and does not commit you to the other two services.

Do we need digital records to begin?

Order data and journey records in a spreadsheet or a plain export are usually enough to start a review or a setup. If records are thin, we say so before any work begins.

What happens when the scoped period ends?

The work closes with the stated deliverable, a working configuration or a written report. Further work would be a new, separately agreed piece.

Can services be combined?

Yes. Each is scoped and priced on its own, and we can discuss two or three of them in one conversation.

A short message about your fleet and current challenges is enough for us to suggest which service, if any, fits.
