Services (販売するサービス): Advisory work on route planning for logistics operators: delivery route optimisation setup, delivery time estimation and fleet utilisation review. The services are offered to businesses.
Price (販売価格): Starting fees: delivery route optimisation setup from ¥29,500, delivery time estimation from ¥25,000, fleet utilisation review from ¥17,500. The fee for an engagement and the way consumption tax is shown are stated in the written proposal.
Additional charges (商品代金以外の必要料金): None beyond the fee in the written proposal. Any extra cost is named in the proposal before the engagement is agreed.
Payment method and timing (支払方法・時期): Agreed individually in writing in the proposal.
Delivery period (サービス提供時期): Indicative durations are about five weeks, about four weeks and about two to three weeks for the three services respectively; the schedule is set in the written proposal and depends on when records are received.
Cancellation and returns (返品・キャンセル): Cancellation terms are agreed individually in writing. The services are advisory work and not the sale of goods, so no goods-return arrangement applies.
Who the services are for (対象): The services are written for businesses that run deliveries in Japan. An individual who is not acting for a business may still ask for one; in that case the Consumer Contract Act applies and prevails over any conflicting term.
How an order is formed (お申し込みの流れ): An enquiry by form, e-mail or phone; a short discussion of the fleet and the way routes are planned; a written proposal with scope, fee and schedule; acceptance in writing by both sides. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until the proposal has been accepted.
Handling of records (資料の取扱い): Operational records supplied for an engagement are used only for that engagement, are kept confidential and are returned or deleted as the proposal provides. See the Privacy Policy for personal information inside such records.
What is not covered (対象外): Bass Nutmeg does not carry goods, operate vehicles or supply software licences or hardware as part of these services, and it does not hold a freight transport business licence. Responsibility for a carrier's own legal duties stays with the carrier.
