WHAT IT IS
A written report grounded in your own journey records
The review sets out how vehicles and driver hours are used across your operation. It looks for journeys running below capacity, routes that overlap between vehicles and days when fleet size and demand seem mismatched.
THE PROBLEM
When it is hard to see the whole picture
Individual routes and daily decisions can look reasonable alone and still add up to slack across a week: a vehicle that is light on the same weekday every week, two drivers covering overlapping ground, a fleet sized for a peak that rarely comes. Such patterns are hard to spot from inside daily operations.
THE SETUP
An outside look at records you already have
We work from the journey records you already keep, so no new system or software is needed, and produce utilisation figures by vehicle and by day together with a shortlist of consolidations worth examining.
The review stands on its own. You can use the findings with the planning board you already have, without taking up any other service.
THE PROCESS
How the work is planned
The work is planned over about two to three weeks from receipt of your journey records, and the schedule is confirmed in the written proposal. We work through the records to build the utilisation figures and mark patterns worth flagging. The review ends with a written report and a short discussion, so you can decide what, if anything, to act on.
THE FEE
From ¥17,500
Indicative scope: about two to three weeks. It is offered independently of any system purchase. The final fee and tax treatment are stated in the written proposal.

HOW FINDINGS ARE PRESENTED
By vehicle and by day
Figures are given by vehicle and by day so that each pattern can be traced to its source. Where a consolidation is suggested, the reasoning is written out and not reduced to a number without context. No saving is quoted in advance.
LIMITS
No obligation beyond the review itself
The service ends with the written report. There is no expectation that you take up route optimisation setup or delivery time estimation afterwards. The review does not decide staffing or vehicle purchases for you; it describes what your records show.
